Carol Ruth Schrum Duncan, 86, of Weldon, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Duke Raleigh Hospital.

Carol, a native of Trenton New Jersey was born to the late Albert Adolf and Ethel Battey Jackson Schrum. She was also preceded in death by her husband Robert George Duncan.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Cathy D. Eleczko and her husband William Jr. of Weldon; her son, Larry Duncan and his wife Nancy of Charleston, SC; four grandchildren, Richard Lithgow and his wife Michele of Roanoke Rapids, Colleen Funk of NJ, Bryan Duncan of Charleston, SC, and Kristy Fogg of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by her brother, Donald Schrum and his wife Beverly of Utah; and her sister, Audrey Schrum Boenig of Massachusetts.

The Family will have a service on June 25, 2016 at St. Thomas Lutheran Church in Brick, NJ.
